The Stormlight Archive Sculpture- Urithiru This bookend is a 3d recreation of a Ben McSweeney sketch from Oathbringer depicting the city of Urithiru. The Model was made in Solidworks and ended up being much larger than any other I've made in the past. The tower should print with no supports just fine. Ensure the edge that would lie against a book is horizontal on the print bed. I used a .8mm nozzle with an ender 3. my model took only 10 hours at the cost of detail. I would recommend a smaller nozzle than this if you want to be able to see all of the engraved windows, arches and doors. The tower is a shell making it very light for this purpose. If your books are prone to falling over I'd recommend putting something heavy in the base. There is a lithoplane Easter egg that can be revealed by placing a light inside the tower. This model is based of a location from The Stormlight Archive series by Brandon Sanderson.
