I built a compact home server that required access to the USB port for booting Linux with the door shut. The USB connects directly to my Dell Optiplex 9020M. This design consists of three pieces, easily printable on my small MP Select Mini V1 printer. The two blank panels can be customized for other uses by installing your own software. Some M3 screws and nuts are necessary for assembly. I utilized a USB extender available at Amazon: B071LDQPLZ. A 90-degree USB connector from Amazon was also required: B0714BX84Q.
