I use Octoprint and continually had to turn off the USB power (via plugin) before turning off my Ender 3 pro, otherwise the Raspberry Pi unit would backfeed power and cause the printer to stay on. It was pretty annoying to have to do 2 things to turn off my printer. I purchased this USB adapter for the sole purpose of eliminating power feedback from my Raspberry Pi to my 3D printer. You only need to cut 1 lead, no soldering needed. You can see the pin circled in yellow in the third picture. adapter: https://amazon.com/dp/B07Z9Z6XXJ This case was designed to be used without glue, but unless you are very careful, the pegs will break if trying to separate the case halves after mating. Note: This USB adapter has connections for USB-C, A (male and female) and Micro B as well as 2 locations to solder wires for other USB connections. My case blocks the space for the wire lands, you will need to cut out the material blocking the area.
