Multi-use USB hand air blower. OBS: The fan blades I got from here:http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1765338 Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Graber i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.4mm Infill: 30% Notes: It's better to print the CoolerFunneRingHolder.stl on its side to to avoid material failure If using ABS, always scale the object in 1.01 to compensate the shrinkage Assembly Parts 1) 5V motor from an old CD/DVD/Blu-ray drive 2) USB cable, from an old mouse 3) Red / Black pieces of DC power cable 4) Some heat shrink sleeve 5) A small ziptie 6) Rubber bands 7) Superglue Put the motor on the MotorMount (I needed to sand the inner ring a little bit in order to match the difference of the motor diameter to the printed piece) Put the fan on the motor Superglue the FunnelRing to the Funnel and the RingHolders and secure them with 2 rubber bands Peel off the usb cable positive (red) and negative(black) cables and pass it through the MotorCap handle hole Join the respective cables and test if the fan is rotating in the right way (blowing air away from the motor). DON'T FORGET to insert the shrink sleeves before joining the cables! Adjust the heat shrink sleeves with some matches, blow torch or soldering iron, and add the zip tie, to avoid the cable to slip off the cap Trim the ziptie and adjust the cable inside que cap Attatch the cap over the MotorMount. For me, it was not necessary to glue them Attatch the MotorMount to the funnel and secure it using another rubber band
