I've used the USB cable organizer from Petclaud and merge it on a USB charger. This is very practical, especially when you travel. It is designed for a 4.5 mm USB cable diameter. The charger is 37 x 22 mm. Your charger can be a bit bigger, the holder is able to enlarge itself a little (about +1mm). For info I had to totally redesign the original file from Petclaud because it wasn't easy to rework the STL file. The Fusion360 file is available to download in case you would like to change the diameter of the USB cable.
