This is a holder to hold a USB network adapter upright on top of a PC. The extension cable is inserted through a slot on the back. The interior dimensions of the cavity for the female plug are 10.50 mm X 19 mm. Measure your plug on the female end of the extension cable first, then upsize or downsize as necessary to fit your plug. I attached mine to the top of the PC with Velco.
