These USB Caddies solve the problem for storage and transporting the devices by clumping them together and providing dust covers for the connectors. The Caddies also make nice trinkets to give away during 3D Printing demos. If the Caddies do not fit your USB devices nice and snug, adjust the scale a few percent in your slicer.
