Usb Camera with Lens (ELP)

This is a camera that is made from the standard USB Camera Module (such as ELP) but it has a hole prepared to accept a standard 12mm lens. To use the camera module you have to remove any other lens holder. You will also need to tap the plastic with a 12mm/0.5mm tap. It may be possible to jam a lens in but it's really designed to be tapped. There are no mounting holes on the standard unit. The second base has an attached mount with 2" spaced mounting holes. It's easy enough to drill holes for a mount if you want to do it that way - there's lots of free space inside. It requires 4 m2 (2mm) nuts and bolts to put together (although you don't need the nuts if you only put it together once or twice). I considered a snap-together but wanted something really secure since this is part of a machine that shakes. Note: the third image with the serious bracket shows an additional circular holder that's not in the posted bracket.
