USB cap for a mini SanDisk drive

thingiverse

This is a simple cap to replace the lost cap of my mini SanDisk USB drive. It has an internal wall that goes inside the device and tries to hold it in place with two spheric tabs that latch to two holes in the drive. I also added my initials on the side for extra fun (the initials can be changed in the openscad file of course). Instructions I printed the cap with a printrbot at 0.1 mm layer thickness and 100% fill. The internal tabs were not very well resolved but the cap still attaches very well to the USB stick, possibly better than the original cap.
