From what I have found, most promotional/cheap USB drives utilize the same USB portion, combined with a gimmicky or bulky piece attached to it. For instance, My wife's company insterted them into a rubbery bracelet- which was useless. So, I removed the USB portion and created a low profile case that provides a loop to go on your keychain. Note: Its designed to be a friction fit, but after a while, my FullCure 835 (Objet) stretched a little, and the drive would work its way out. Some Cyanoacrilate (superglue) fixed that. If you want, you can even customize it- edit the part in solidworks, and insert your initials into the suppressed Cut feature at the bottom of the tree. Lastly, there's a suppressed snap-lock that happened to work for one variety of USB that I found (had a little slot in the metal). This is also suppressed. in the STL and SW model.
