Post-Printing USB Charging Station Pictures The pictured USB Charging Station has been printed in Proto-Pasta Coffee PLA which has been wonderful to work with. Silky smooth extrusion in a rich brown color and an added bonus is it smells like brewing coffee while printing. How I Designed This The USB Charging Station Printed Components The USB Charging Station has three separate printed components. The first component is the base "USB Charging Station A.stl" which has a breakout piece for the USB connections. platform area for rubber feet and a hole for the charging cable to pass through. The second component "USB Charging Station B.stl" is the top to be secured to the base, I used super glue and clamps to secure the two pieces together. Because of the large flat surface on part B be cautious of warping. I would recommend cooling completely before removing from build platform. The third component is optional and is the Bluetooth headset hanger which is attached with double-sided tape and can be placed anywhere along the back. I chose the center.
