USB plug power cable clip

The power connector on one of our laptops had become loose and tended to fall out. Since we don't use the USB ports much and there's 2 next to the power port, I modified @flintols USB plug to have a clip to help hold the power cable in position. To be useful for others, you'd need a USB port near to the power port!
