USB Rechargable LED Torch
thingiverse
This project is an enclosure for a DIY LED flashlight. Components: * 2000 mAh Lithium Polymer battery * USB Lithium Polymer charger module with safeguard features * Two 3 mm LEDs (red and green) * A 10-watt LED chip mounted on a 40x40 heat-sink with a 12-volt fan * Voltage booster module * Switch * M3 screws The 10-watt LED chip operates at just 5 watts due to the USB charging module's current limitation. The voltage booster increases the LiPo battery's voltage from around 3.7 volts to 10 volts for the LED chip and heatsink fan. All required modules can be sourced inexpensively from international suppliers. Print Settings: * Raft: No * Supports: None * Resolution: 0.25mm * Infill: 70% * Notes: Printed with PLA 1.75mm filament This design was created using OpenSCAD.
