I made some changes on the cap model, because it was faulty and didn't work. Instructions Disassemble your USB stick. Measure its dimensions and modify the internal cavity of the case to fit. Add your name, if you like. (I used Blender's text tool.) Text works best when placed on the sides of objects. Print the two parts. Make sure that everything fits. Glue the USB stick circuit board into the case. Try to place the glue on the USB connector, so that it bears the load.
