This innovative hook system addresses an issue I faced with insufficient separation between driver and passenger footroom in my vehicle. Previously, items placed on the passenger seat or in the footwell would slide under the pedals, posing danger or inconvenience. Additionally, bags falling from the passenger seat onto the car floor or beneath the pedals caused damage. To resolve these problems, I installed two closed hooks to my center console and utilized an open hook on my car's air conditioning filter box above the carpet. Now, by attaching an elastic strap between the driver and passenger compartments or through a backpack's back straps, I can securely store items without them becoming loose. Required tools: 2mm diameter Spax screws (approximately 20mm long), super glue, and an elastic strap. Note that the car in the photo is not mine.
