UV Curing Station

UV Curing Station

thingiverse

This is a UV curing station for resin prints. It is designed to hinge up open and closed with two UV nail curing boxes attached to it. It is designed to be lasercut from 6.23mm thick melamine wood and to use 1" 6-32 screws and nuts for assembly and the pivots. At this time, the nail curing boxes are just siliconed to the pivoting wood. I scuffed the surfaces up with a scotch pad and used a black RTV silicon adhesive. I don't expect it to last forever, but it's working for right now. This design is based on the linked design (remix) and drawn in DesignSpark Mechanical. RSDOC source is included, as well as a few difference export filetypes.
