I designed this box, to expose double-sided photo PCB to UV light. I decided to do it with a simple clip system because i didn't wanted to see screws everywhere and you can open it without tools. The underpart and upper part are always 2 parts, because you need to slide your UV LED PCB into it and also the glass plate. You can use the box also for UV curable solder mask. (Test/Batman Picture) The electric is very simple, one ON/OFF/ON Button on the left of the box to switch between permanent light, OFF or timer. With the 2 buttons under the timer you set the time an the Button on the upper Box you Start the Time. (The button is on the upper box because i forgot it first.) I used PLA for the Print in 0.2 mm layers. If designed the box in Solidworks, so if someone wants to personalize the box to his requests, just ask for the parts files. Print Settings Printer: Craftbot Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 20% Notes: Supports i used only for the clip system on the 4 parts to be sure that everything fits fine after. I did a 20% infill because it should be a little bit solid. But i think you can also use less.
