UV Resin Cure Drum

I made a UV resin cure drum to make the curing process of SLA 3D printer easier and faster. This video explains how to make it. [[ Parts List ]] —3D Printable— URL: Thingiverse (Coming Soon) - UV cure drum top - UV cure drum bottom - 2 x UV cure drum side band —Other parts— - Aluminum foil - 2 x A4 or Letter size laminate sheet (5ML is recommended) - UV LED strip (5m or 16.4 ft; 60W is recommended but lower watts should work fine too) https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B078SQZRYG - Turn table (solar powered) https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B082VQF5ND [[ Preparations ]] 1. 3D print 4 objects (top, bottom, 2 of side bands) with FDM 3D printer. 2. Make two sheets of laminated aluminum foil 3. Cut of an aluminum foil in circle and glue it to the back of the 3D printed top lid. [[ Assembly Instructions ]] 1. Insert a laminated aluminum sheet into the top lid. 2. Insert the 2nd laminated aluminum sheet into the top. (You can trim and make it shorter, but better to have some overlaps both ends. Also, you can make a transparent part to make it easier to see inside as I did if you want). 3. Insert two side bands to make it shaped like a drum 4. Insert the other edge of the laminated aluminum sheets into the bottom slit. 5. Cut out a part of a laminated aluminum sheet near the bottom for LED cable 6. Set the LED strip. Don’t forget to let the power connector outside of the drum. 7. Remove small portion of the double sided tape cover from the LED strip near the power connector. 8. Wrap inside of the drum with the LED strip little by little, from the bottom to the top. 9. Repeat 7 and 8 until you wrap the entire drum That's it!
