Uxcell R55 (25mm x 50mm) Drag Chain Brackets for SO3

<p>These are the brackets I designed for my SO3 XXL and Uxcell R55 drag chain brackets.</p> <p>My HDZ is the first gen version, so the bracket for that one will have to be redesigned. I don't have the newest version, so you'll have to do it.</p> <p>There is hardware that needs to be purchased. I picked it up from McMaster-Carr:</p> <p>02 - 92510A661_ALUM UNTHRD SPACER</p> <p>08 - 92095A225_18-8 SS BUTTON-HEAD SOCKET CAP SCREW</p> <p>16 - 93475A240_TYPE 18-8 STAINLESS STEEL FLAT WASHER</p> <p>08 - 93625A200_TYPE 18-8 STAINLESS STL NYLON-INSERT LOCKNUT</p> <p>02 - 91525A321_TYPE 316 STAINLESS STEEL FLAT WASHER</p> <p>05 - 92095A214_18-8 SS BUTTON-HEAD SOCKET CAP SCREW</p> <p>34 - 92210A112_18-8 Stainless Steel Hex Drive Flat</p> <p>You will need to drill and tap your aluminum extrusion to mount the brackets with the #4-40 screws.
