Remains of a young horseman buried with his tackle. The remains were encountered eroding out of a lake’s shoreline near Taskent, and photograhed with 26 Google Pixel 3 phone images. The wrought Iron stirup looks fairly early compared to the more refiend Mongolian and Chinese stirrups. But Uzbeckistan is quite far from my area of expertise. And here is to my brother in-law, Scot Becker, for doing the right thing in encountering ancient remains. Document with photogrammetry in mind, and rebury the entire deposit with the same type of soil that has preserved bones and other objects in the first place.
