V-2 Rocket Model for BT-60 Tube

This rapidly became my favorite small rocket -- like a Baby Bertha but so much sleeker. Lots of revisions went into building this model - 14.5" tall and weighs in at 99 grams. Flies great on a C6-3 or C6-5 engine! You can see a video of it launching on a C6-5 here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J1nOPr4pTQo Designed to work with BT60 tube -- you provide a 5" BT60 tube as well as shock chord and parachute (I use a 15" plastic chute). Also requires some nose weight -- I put 1/2 ounce in nose w/ some CA glue but 15 to 20 grams should work great depending on your flying conditions and type of wood used for fins. I included models with 1.5mm, 2mm, and 2.5mm slits for fins to inset inside boat tail. I built the latest version of my model with 2.5mm balsa (w/ woodfiller to cover grain) but you could definitely do with 1.5mm or 2mm basswood fins. Model includes a quarter-twist locking engine retainer like many of my models and you can easily mount shock chord with Kevlar line around engine mount (just put Kevlar line through one of the fin slots before gluing in fins) - or mount old-fashioned way inside body tube.
