V-Core 3 Front Idler Belt Tensioning System

I created a new set of parts for the XY Idler mounts on the front that provides the following benefits - Enables the Belts to be tensioned from the front - Maintains the current look and feel of the Printer - Reduces Parts required and simplifies Assembly - Easily prints with no supports or holes that need to be touched up after printing - Enables the removal of the tensioners from the EVA back plate The Design consists of 4 parts. Two “L” parts for the top to add support for the Enclosure system and match the overall aesthetic, and the two main parts that the pulleys go in. The idea is to drill a hole from the inside of the printer through the top front extrusion (printable drilling jig included). And the parts have a slot mounted sliding support to ensure the precise alignment and in-line movement. The top middle screw on each of the top two corner brackets is replaced with a longer screw that goes into an M6 Nut mounted inside the parts. This eliminates the need for the front idler support brackets and screws. Because it is also tensions two runs of the same belt, it reduces the distance required to make adjustments as well. I also created raised and lowered sections on the parts so that the use of the 3 shims and the 2 spacers is no longer required, which makes it super easy to just wrap the belt around the pulley and then insert it into the part (way less complicated assembly requirements).
