V-Rail Single Arm Spool Holder

This spool holder snaps on to V-Rail. Mount the V-Rail on a wall (see my V-Rail Wall Mounting Bracket https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3928468) and then you can easily snap this on and off the rail. It stays put once snapped on but it's easy to lift up a bit and slide to a new location. Once snapped in, the spool then can be moved on and off this easily. The only drawback is that it sags a bit but I haven't had any trouble with it coming off or anything. I think V-Rail is pretty standardized so I would expect this to fit just about any you buy. But I don't have a ton of experience with it so it's possible that small differences could cause this not to fit. I used https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07GRL7FHJ/, which may not be the best deal / meter but it showed up in 2 days. :)
