V-Slot Brackets for Meanwell 24v PS With or Without PowerCase

**12/21/2018 Minor Update** In Rev37 openscad file, I deleted the Power Supply & PowerCase reference & substituted the same size cube for each. I did not think there was any need to have 7 extra meg of data on thingiverse that a simple cube would serve the same purpose of reference. I wanted to attach this openbuilds powercase to the side of my SPhinx55 CNC. This is designed in openscad and can be modified quite extensively to fit most situations. I included a few STL files to show the possibilties. The filenames with PC_ prefix are to be used the Powercase addon on the Meanwell power supply. The PS_Prefix is for just the Powersupply. I would suggest printing the **PC_Brackets_TestPrint_Rev36.stl** or **PC_Brackets_TestPrint_Rev36.stl** to make sure it fits correctly. The slot that PS slides in has a .3mm clearance as is defined with the variable **PS_Wid = 30.3;**. I measured 30mm for the width. You could use a wider or narrower PS by changing that variable. If you use another PS, you will probably have to adjust the offsets for the M4 screws that attach the brackets from underneath the slot to the PS. The X offset variable for that is **M4_Offset** The main variables you might want to change are: **PS_X** X offset PS from V-Slot connection. **PSF_Y** Y offset for Front Bracket (PowerCase Only) **PSB_Y** Y offset for Back Bracket and Front bracket if only using Powersupply The STL files are all the same except for these 3 variables. Example: **PS_Brackets_X45_FY16_BY16_Rev36.stl** X45 = PS_X = 45; FY16 = PSF_Y = 16; BY16 = PSB_Y = 16; To connect the front bracket to the powercase, I removed the sideplate on the side with the 115/220 switch & closest screw on the top & bottom plate that I connect the front plastic bracket to. The back bracket I just connect with at M4 screw underneatch plastic bracket. I used a 45mm for PS_X & 32mm for PSF_Y & PSB_Y to make sure I had enough clearance from the Sphinx Y plates, but looks like I could go a bit closer. I would also change the 32mm to 16mm if I redo them. Any file that does not have a **PC_ or PS_ ** prefix are for reference only by the openscad file. I checked lots of possibilities, but if you see a problem in the code, just leave a comment.
