****************************************************** IGNORE this version, V3 is much much better: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5844445 ****************************************************** Learn to design your own with my tutorial: https://youtu.be/UUPffl7JxKw So, MIT did a thing and came up with the idea of toroidal propellers so drones can be quieter: https://www.ll.mit.edu/sites/default/files/other/doc/2022-09/TVO_Technology_Highlight_41_Toroidal_Propeller.pdf Oh, also, I made a video explaining the rough design methodology! https://youtu.be/z_d9Nt_8FWg I've seen a few designs online including a tri-blade design which I think could work for a Cinewhoop, so here's my first design attempt, for a 3.5" configuration (also added 4", 3", 2.5", 2" and 40mm). The centre 4mm hole is actually set to like 4.25mm, FYI, since slight over-extrusion is helpful to get stronger parts. Also, infill should be concentric, I think. Haven't had a chance to print and test since I'm away from my printer, and I fear the overhang is too much to print easily with FDM, so who knows if this'll work (unless you're sintering nylon, in which case you'll be fine I think). Anyway, if you do try this out and it doesn't work, or it does work and it's amazing (I hope) then give me a shout, I've got a YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc, easy-enough to find, just search, lol.
