Designed to be printed straight up, V1 tended to slightly z-wobble as it got higher, as well as having a tendency to snap along the layers when any considerable force was put on it during real world use. V2 is an attempt to mitigate those issues. It prints flat on the bed, so it's stronger, has no z-wobble, AND it prints 45 minutes faster compared to the longer V1 (at 0.2mm layer height). Use an M2x6mm bolt, M2 washer, and nut to secure the blade. There is a small amount of material you need to cut/drill out of the hole.
