Update: 10/28/2017 -I deprecated my original adapter, just use the one inspired by peteesen21. Still, I will keep the original Freecad file for learning purposes, so it's there if you want it. Having said that, my old design works just fine, but if you must print another copy, print adapter-petesv2.stl. update: 7/10/2017 -Uploaded a version inspired by peteesen21's awesome 1.25 attachment: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2428705. -freecad files now included for both versions. I saw the remix by peteesen21 and decided to use his awesome design. His design should prevent the adapter from detaching, which was something I had never fully addressed. Awesome job, peteesen21! Update: 9/30/2014 I got tired of cleaning my dust bag, so made my own vacuum attachment. I'm not sure why DeWalt made such a small bag for this sander. The bag fills up quickly! This adapter should work with other DeWalt Orbital sanders/tools (with a standard a 2.25" outlet). -3-4mm thick to withstand extended abuse. -Tapered outlet to better grip your hose. Printer settings: 45% infill .2 layer height
