It is a very simple design. We used a crutch to check there is no high vibrations or movement.1. File Palm1 is to be printed horizontally in the bed with layer thickness of 0.3mm, density of 20% in PLA. 2. File Palm2 requires 5 pieces in the flexible material NinjaFlex to be attached at the tip of the fingers of the first file.The design is simple and elegant and requires 2 hours to print. Also, it takes disbalanced plates and FEA analysis has been done to make sure it can take the weight.
