Icing process:
1. Fill the cartridge with water (half full)
2. Connect the vacuum hose to the valve
3. Start the compressor and evacuate any remaining air
4. Bubbles form when the pressure drops from 1 bar to approximately 50 mbar
5. The temperature in the cartridge decreases at approximately 20-30 mbar
6. The pressure continues to drop below 10 mbar at approximately 4°C
7. The pressure remains constant at 8 mbar and the temperature at 0°C
8. With the vacuum applied, the ice remains intact despite the
elevated ambient temperature
