the attached model which is suction nozzle with small hollow tubes in the end to allow the nozzle to move inside the small corners and restricted places to remove dust.it is a matrix of flexible small tubes connected with Vacuum suction and can be effective where the accessibility is limited. the attached model can be a suction nozzle with small hollow tubes in the end to allow the nozzle to move inside the parts to remove powder. The model can be 3 d printed in Stratasys machine with elastomer material like Agilus 30 or TANGO. nozzle should have conductive property which is key requirement for all accessories of industrial vacuums in additive.it can be modified to fit the IPCM suction end also which will save powder.
