Vacuum Sealer Adapter (Wide-Mouth)

This is an adapter that allows one to vacuum seal wide-mouth canning jars. It fits over/around the jar lid and rests on the lip of the jar below the threads. When sealed with a flexible rubber membrane (not included), and attached to a vacuum pump (not included), it allows the air to be extracted from the canning jar, which facilitates the long-term storage of dry goods.
