Probably useless to anyone but me, but I'll throw it out here anyway. This fits the drive shaft of a vacuum variable capacitor that I have. Shaft is ~12.6 mm in diameter (the bore in this part is 12.75 mm). Shaft also has a crossbar thingie going through it which is 3 mm in diameter and perpendicular to the shaft, hence the cutout. VVC is labelled as: C.M.C-147-684. It's 10 kV, 0 - 300 pF. It was listed as a Jennings unit but has no branding on it, and I can't find a reference to the part.
