Valance Clip

Valance Clip

thingiverse

The venetian blinds in my home have a valence system that is comprised of a piece of wood trim with what appears to be a proprietary hidden fastener system. The valance attaches to a clip (this thing) that has been clipped to the front piece of metal on the top body of the blind. The wood trim piece has an extruded cleat stapled to its backside, and this thing receives that cleat to hold it and the valence to the top of the blind. One of my clips broke, so I made a replacement after being unable to locate this piece at any hardware store or online. I have not designed the track cleat for the back of the valance, as mine were still good, but can if there is a need. Printing: PLA .2 mm layer height 100% infill 2 exterior walls Raft: optional but can be helpful if you have adhesion issues Supports: None
