This looks great on the shelf, mounted in a frame or simply hanging on the wall. The .stl is 255mm x 177mm x 10mm, so you will want to scale down X and Y to fit your print bed, and adjust Z for thickness (the print in the photos is 190mm x 132mm x 1.2mm). I have also attached the Simplify3D .factory file for the print shown in the photos. How I Designed This Step 1 Downloaded .jpg image from Google Step 2 Used Gimp to: 1) fuzzy select the black areas of image, 2) create path, 3) export path to .svg file Step 3 Import .svg into Autodesk Fusion 360 as sketch, extrude 10mm, select body and "Save as STL". I know using Fusion 360 for this is probably overkill, but I like the level of control Fusion 360 gives me when creating the extruded object v. a lack of control when using other "2D-to-3D" tools (like Shapeways').
