This is an adapter for mounting the Index lighthouse mounts in the old holes from the Vive mounts. This design is for M4x15 bolts between the Index mount and print, and the regular wall screws between the print and the wall. The wall screws need to be mounted before the Index mount, as that will cover the holes.
