Valve Index Headphone Mod

Valve Index Headphone Mod

cults3d

Remix of two different VR headphone mods originally made for Oculus, but this is designed to fit the Valve Index. You will need to use most of the files from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4117969 Use these parts in place of Snap_on_Part1 and Snap_on_Part2. You'll need to print one each of part 1 (there are different versions for left and right), and two of part2. I am using a spring with an OD of 8mm, and the new Part2 parts accommodate that. I am using Sony MDR7506 headphones with this. They are about the largest over-the-ear headphones that will fit, and just barely, at that. 2-12-2020 update: Added modded version of the speaker arm that tightens the connection with the ball joint, gives a lip so that a snap ring can be used if desired, and omits the Oculus logo. You will need two of these.
