You will need two 4mm screws to anchor the mount to the wall. The Valve Index base station will attach to the mount with the original screws. WARNING heat up the OEM screw if the hole feels too tight. PLA tends to snap if the load is too high. Watch out! The screw holes on the base station mounting plate are not aligned to the center of the plate (great design Valve **LOL here the site chokes at a UTF8 emoji and cuts of the rest of the text. What a sad joke this site has become**
