Gunstock for Valve Index. Needs 18mm x 3mm magnets. To print the gunstock, you will need to print: 2xDovetailTube 1xTubeCoupler 2xClampUpper 1xClampLowerR 1xControllerMountRV2 1xClampLowerLV2 1xControllerMountLV2 4xClampPinV2 1xButtV4 (optional)ButtV2 (optional)ButtV3 Notes: - Controller and stock butt placement designed with an M4 with vertical grip in mind. - The left controller sits a higher, is orientated vertically, and swivels. - All controller sensors are exposed. - The stock butt has a few options - ButtV3 is shorter than ButtV4. ButtV2 is in-line with the tube rail which feels too high for me, but you may like it better so it's still offered. - ButtV4 will fit flat on an Ender3 (Pro). In Cura, modify your machine settings from 220mmx220mm to 230mmx230mm and rotate the model slightly till it fits. Ender3 printers can actually use the entire printbed. - When mounting the stock butt, I clipped off the dovetail with cutters. To do: - Remove dovetail from stock butt end of tube. - Increase size of holes for sensors and slightly modify placement. - Include ratcheting on left controller cup. - Shave off a bit of the LControllerMount right under the cone. - Fix notch on controller mounts right before the metal struct and include a hook to prevent controller from slipping out. - Place controller mount magnet toward front instead of rear for better attachment. - Implement a clamp for the stock butt similar to controller mounts.
