This is a customized version of the excellent https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4874575 , but scaled up to use M6 fasteners, thickened for toughness, with another joint added between the shoulder stock and the dominant hand, and with some altered features for ease of printing. The stock splits into three parts - one for the left hand controller, one for the right hand controller, and one for the shoulder stock. Magnetic joints connect the three parts together for aiming and allow quick disconnecting for when you need both of your hands free. 18mm Carbon fiber rods form the base structure, and the 3D printed portions clamp onto it. The shoulder stock portion needs a single-point sling to hold it up when disconnected, and to keep it in a position where it's easy to reattach. The angles and positions of all the components can be changed without removing the headset - textured knobs allow for finger adjustment by feel. This makes it very versatile - you can hold a gun in-game and adjust the joints one at a time until your virtual hands are in the right locations for whatever you need to aim. It works for pump-action weapons as you can tilt the controllers towards each other without breaking the magnetic connection and reset quickly. Creative assembly could potentially allow it to work for two-handed melee weapons or steering wheels The attachments provided are designed for Index controllers, but any VR controller mount could be used as long as an 18mm diameter peg could be added to the underside and clamped into the existing connectors.
