This is an extremely niche part. If you own a Vanderhall and want to install the JL Audio Bluetooth device in the stock upper hole in the dash, this plate can be placed between the dash and firewall to reduce the size of the hole so that the device can be installed. Like I said, extremely niche. Oh, you also need to drill out the bolt holes a little.
