The Quick Release Plate for The Vanguard GH-100 Pistol Grip Ball Head. Snaps in really well. Use the material of your choice. Drill a 1/4 nch Screw through the inner hole. Sie fällt nach dem reinschrauben auch nicht wieder heraus. Viel Spaß damit.
