Vaperz Cloud VCMT Leakproof Base Fix

This piece is specifically created to work perfectly with the 25mm VaperzCloud VCMT tank. It replaces both the AFC and press-fitted base "washer" with a single solid base/AFC part that features the VaperzCloud logo and serial number. Leaks occur due to the gap between the original AFC and press-fitted "washer" at the very bottom, and this new design eliminates that gap entirely by merging the two parts into one. To remove the originals, I closed the AFC and used a bottle opener to gently pry towards the 510 pin (down) on each side until the press-fitted "washer" became free. Then, I slid off the washer and stock AFC and replaced them with this new part. Print Settings: Printer: Stratasys Dimension 768ES Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.10 Infill: 100% Post-Printing: Sanding/Polishing: For added durability, I lightly sanded the part inside and out using 400 and 600 grit sandpaper. Then, I reverse-chucked it in the lathe's three-jaw chuck so that the exterior could be brushed with acetone to polish and fuse the layers together. How I Designed This: Design: I measured the original parts carefully and created an Inventor file. Afterward, I converted the design to STL for printing purposes.
