These adapter clips are designed for Varjo Aero headset and to work with the following earphones. https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B08TVM4FWR/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Varjo put a stress relief clip right at the point where these fit best so I removed that (it's held by two small screws with torx head) and suggest something like a cable tie to do the same job. Or you can mount these further back. Print easily in PLA+, no supports needed.
