This is a high-quality 3D model ideal for use in virtual reality, real-time applications, architectural interior scenes, and other computer-generated projects requiring realistic visuals. The model has been accurately scaled to match real-world dimensions and can be 3D printed with precision. Originally created using 3ds Max 2016, the model has also been exported into multiple formats to facilitate easy integration into a wide range of CG applications. This versatile model can be further subdivided to increase its level of detail and sophistication. Currently built as one seamless solid geometry object, it is ready for subdivision without needing significant adjustments. The mesh geometry is enhanced with a TurboSmooth modifier applied twice to ensure a smooth, detailed appearance. Centred at the scene's origin point, the 3D model has undergone rendering using V-Ray 3.0 and features simple standard materials with no textures involved in its creation.
