In my test, I utilized Autodesk's 123D Catch software for PC to scan an object. Afterward, MeshLab was employed to analyze the output. Next, I used Meshmixer to close any holes in the model, followed by OpenSCAD to flatten it. Finally, I printed both models using ReplicatorG 0039 - Sailfish at a layer height of 0.15mm and a speed of 60mm/s, without any support or special settings. The non-scaled red model printed flawlessly, while the white one, scaled up 2x, had minor stringing in its severe overhangs; however, I was still highly pleased with the overall result.
