Here's what I got: The 3D model is perfectly suitable for virtual reality applications, real-time rendering, 3D printing, and interior design visualizations that need precise architectural details. It comes in the correct scale, making it easy to incorporate into any Computer Generated Image project. The model is originally designed using 3ds Max 2016, and all formats have been converted to make it compatible with most software platforms. The user has the flexibility to adjust its resolution by subdividing it further. Since this model consists of a single geometric object, subdivision becomes easier. For those requiring smoother mesh geometry, I added a Turbo Smooth modifier, which is set on iteration number two. It sits right above the existing mesh. Currently centered at the origin point of our virtual space, users can manipulate it according to their needs. I opted for VRay 3.0 for all renderings and created simple material setups based solely on the standard Vray materials provided by the software. As it currently stands, no textures have been used, but if a customized look is desired, it's achievable with an adjustment of materials settings. All models will remain untouched unless adjustments or changes are explicitly asked for.
