Human-created, production-ready 3D model for various applications including VR, real-time use, architectural interior scenes, visualizations, animations, and computer-generated content. The model features precise real-world measurements and is suitable for 3D printing, thanks to its optimized geometry. Originally built using industry-standard software, 3ds Max 2016, and subsequently converted to other formats as needed. The design can be refined further to enhance its resolution by subdividing the geometry into more detailed sections. Presented in a single solid geometric entity, the model is already primed for subdivision, streamlining its use in CG projects. The 3D object has undergone Turbosmooth processing with two iterations on top of its base mesh structure. Centered at scene origin for optimal placement and flexibility. Rendering has been performed using Vray 3.0 with simple standard materials; note that this model does not incorporate textures or elaborate shaders. However, the illumination setup is currently absent from the accompanying 3ds Max scene. For those interested in preparing the model for 3D printing, the dimensions are 10.714 cm wide, 9.97 cm deep, and 23.438 cm high.
