This 3D model is suitable for various VR applications, real-time rendering, and architectural visualizations that require detailed interior scenes. It has been carefully designed to achieve a correct scale and realistic representation in the real world. To create this model, Autodesk's 3ds Max software was utilized with a later version, namely 2016, for modeling purposes. Further enhancements were made possible by exporting it into various formats to meet specific demands of different projects. Additionally, subdivisions can be done without difficulty, enabling users to boost the overall resolution according to their preferences. The entire model is constructed from one single geometry object and hence suitable for subdivision, offering versatility and simplicity. On top of this base geometry, the Turbo Smooth modifier was implemented with a couple iterations added to refine the mesh geometry even more. Furthermore, due to being centered at the scene's origin point, precise positioning becomes achievable when using or manipulating it within your project or 3D animation requirements. Moreover, its Vray Standard Material is applied with just one simple layer and lacks any intricate textures. Nonetheless, advanced rendering is easily achieved as all lighting setups were not included in the 3D Max scene itself but rather exported as part of separate files ready for further setup adjustments needed on another system before they could work effectively.
