This is a 3D model designed specifically for use in Virtual Reality, real-time applications, and various other Computer Graphics (CG) projects. The model's versatility extends to its suitability for 3D printing and architectural interior scenes as well as for animations and visualizations. It features a scale that accurately mirrors real-world measurements and is compatible with most 3D modeling software formats. This includes exports from the original application, Autodesk 3ds Max 2016. Furthermore, the model has the potential to be subdivided multiple times in order to achieve higher levels of resolution within its design. It was initially created as a single solid geometric object before undergoing subdivision for increased precision. The 3D model features Turbosmooth modifier added directly on top of its mesh geometry and it contains two iterations within this modification. Its central point aligns perfectly with the origin of any scene, thus eliminating potential alignment issues. Rendering has been optimized utilizing Vray 3.0 with simple Vray standard materials in place without any additional textures applied. However, please note that lighting configurations are not included in the original Max scene and users must establish their own illumination setup independently. In terms of actual printing specifications, this 3D model will have physical dimensions of 21.556cm by 21.552cm, with a depth of 38.1cm once brought to life via a standard printer.
