The 3D model is designed to function seamlessly in VR and real-time applications, with precise measurements that ensure its scalability for 3D printing purposes. This model has the correct real-world scale, making it ideal for architectural interior scenes, visualizations, animations, or any other CG project. To optimize this 3D printable model, I created it as a single solid geometry object, prepared for subdivision to increase its resolution as needed. Originally built using 3ds Max 2016 and subsequently exported in multiple formats, the model has a TurboSmooth modifier applied with 2 iterations on top of its mesh geometry. Located at the origin of the scene, this model features Vray 3.0 rendering powered by a simple standard material, without any added textures. However, please note that I did not include an illumination setup within the provided 3ds Max scene. Upon review, I realized the dimensions for optimal 3D printing would be best-suited at approximately 9,991cm, 9.99cm, and 9.231cm in scale.
